Sub-Licensing Prohibition: Unless explicitly agreed upon in separate agreements, our contracts with data providers expressly forbid sub-licensing of Platform data. Users are not authorized to sublicense, resell, or distribute Platform data to third parties without prior written consent.
Commercial Use of API: The use of our API for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement with Streamlined Tech Ltd. Unauthorized commercial use of our API, including but not limited to selling access to our API or using it to generate revenue, is not permitted.
Prohibition of Data Extraction: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that involve the extraction of data from the Streamlined Finance platform for the purpose of creating a competing service or product. This includes, but is not limited to, data scraping, data mining, or reverse engineering of the platform.
Accuracy Disclaimer: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable Platform data, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information provided. Users acknowledge and accept that platform data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and Streamlined Tech Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the use of such data.

User Responsibilities
Compliance Responsibility: Users are required to ensure that their activities on the Streamlined Finance platform comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. This includes but is not limited to financial regulations, data protection laws, and intellectual property rights.
Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding the security of their account login credentials and API keys. This includes choosing strong and unique passwords, regularly updating passwords, and refraining from sharing login credentials or API keys with any third party. Users must also take appropriate measures to protect their devices and networks from unauthorized access.
Loss of Login: Streamlined Finance cannot be held liable for any loss or unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from the user’s failure to maintain the security of their account. Users must promptly notify Streamlined Finance of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.
Secure Trading Practices: In cases where a user account provides access to trading or any financial activity involving funds, users must adhere to secure trading practices. This includes logging out of the platform after each session to prevent unauthorized access and regularly monitoring account activity for any suspicious or unauthorized transactions.
Confirmation of Non-Professional Status: When requested to confirm their status as a non-professional, users must provide accurate and truthful information. By confirming their non-professional status, users acknowledge that they do not engage in professional trading activities or act on behalf of a professional entity in their use of the platform.
Understanding of Tax Obligations: Users engaging in trading activities through the Streamlined Finance platform with third parties are responsible for understanding and complying with their tax obligations in their respective jurisdictions. Users must ensure accurate reporting and payment of any taxes arising from their trading activities.
Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these user responsibilities or engage in misconduct may result in consequences, including but not limited to discontinuation of service, suspension or termination of user accounts, banning or blocking of access to the platform, and potential legal action. Streamlined Finance reserves the right to take appropriate measures to enforce compliance and protect the integrity of its platform and user community.
Billing & Plans
Free and Paid Plans: Streamlined Finance offers users the choice between free and paid subscription plans, catering to varying needs and preferences. While the free plan provides basic access to essential features, the paid plans offer additional benefits and enhanced functionality.
Limitations of Free Plan: Users opting for the free plan may encounter limitations or restrictions on certain features, data access, or usage quotas. These limitations are designed to encourage users to upgrade to a paid plan for a more comprehensive experience.
Paid Plan Options: Our paid subscription plans are available on both yearly and monthly terms, providing users with flexibility in choosing the billing frequency that aligns with their preferences and budget. Whether you prefer the convenience of an annual payment or the flexibility of monthly billing, we have a plan to suit your needs.
Charges and Free Trial: Upon subscribing to a paid plan, users will be charged based on the plan they select. To ensure user satisfaction, we offer a free trial period during which users can explore the features and benefits of their chosen plan without any financial commitment.
Referral Program Benefits: As a token of appreciation for spreading the word about Streamlined Finance, users may enjoy additional free months of subscription through our referral program. Value Added Tax (VAT) for UAE Residents: Residents of the United Arab Emirates are subject to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) on subscription charges. However, to ensure transparency and ease of use, all displayed amounts and fees include this 5% VAT, eliminating the need for users to calculate or account for additional charges.
Refund Policy: For users subscribed to a yearly plan, we offer a hassle-free refund policy allowing them to request a full refund within 10 days of the initial charge. This provides peace of mind and reassurance for users who may have second thoughts or encounter unforeseen circumstances. Please note that refunds are not available for monthly plan charges.
Automatic Charge Failure: In the unlikely event of a failed automatic charge for a yearly plan, Streamlined Finance employs a backup strategy to minimize disruption to the user’s subscription. In such cases, we may attempt to charge for a monthly plan instead. If the monthly charge succeeds while the yearly plan charge fails, the user will be automatically switched to the monthly plan without any interruption to their service.

In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any remaining subscription period will be forfeited.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMLINED FINANCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE STREAMLINED FINANCE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
